Outfit Edit (“we”, “us”) runs the store at outfitedit.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain-English on purpose.
Information we collect
- Order & contact info — your name, email, and shipping address when you place an order, so we can fulfill and update you on it.
- Payment info — payments are processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments / Shop Pay). We do not store your full card number.
- Usage & device info — pages viewed, items added to cart, and general device/browser data, used to run and improve the store.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and ship your orders (including through our suppliers) and send you order & shipping-status updates.
- To operate, secure, and improve the store and the products we feature.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
How your order is fulfilled
Items are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped to you on our behalf. To do this, we share only the information needed to fulfill your order (your name, shipping address, and items) with the relevant supplier and shipping carrier. We provide a branded tracking page so you can follow your order’s progress.
Third parties we work with
- Shopify — our e-commerce and checkout platform.
- Payment providers — to process payments securely.
- Suppliers & shipping carriers — to fulfill and deliver your order.
- Social & advertising platforms (e.g. Pinterest, Instagram) — when you reach us through their content, they may receive standard analytics/attribution data. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below.

We keep order information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
Children
The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
